Missing/Lost Packages shiyangincenseart is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. "No information available at this time" tracking status For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 working days ago and you still have no information about the tracking number, please feel free to contact us. Combined Shipping For logistical reasons, items of the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping is specified.
